Qwest is the 2009 Nemertes Ethernet Services PilotHouse winner with the highest overall score. Qwest beat AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and Comcast Business for best value and best customer service. Participants* in the survey assert that Qwest offers a high-value solution and top-notch customer support for customers of all sizes, and that Qwest is more focused on customer service and more responsive than larger competitors.

*For the past two years, Nemertes Research has asked IT decision-makers to rate their Ethernet-service providers. They included three primary flavors of Carrier Ethernet: point-to-point, multipoint, and Ethernet access to MPLS services. This year’s project includes 1,393 total participants. The results are based 100% on the experiences of IPT decision-makers.
